As we close out 2004, HUMMER sales #'s have been on a slight decline. But it's hard to repeat a year like 2003 when they blew up the large SUV market. Even with the decline in sales, the HUMMER brand is still stronger than ever.
2005 promises to be another HUGE year for HUMMER. With the introduction of the new H3 due out in Spring, sales figures are sure to be "like nothing else". My father and I both strongly agree. Jody told me, "The reason the H3 will sell so good, is not because of it's capabilities. The H3 will sell simply because of what the band name represents...an identity like nothing else!". Jody said, "HUMMER is a brand that people WANT to be associated with. It's a brand that has attitude, and people like that."

Many people are anxiously awaiting the arrival of the H3 in dealership across the country. My brother, Steve, is one of those who are excited about the newest HUMMER. I was talking to him about it yesterday. Steve told me, "When Hummer of Columbus gets one on their lot, we're making a road trip!". He found the color he wanted by checking out Lynch Hummer in Missouri.
So let the good times roll again for HUMMER in 2005. It's going to be fun seeing these new H3's rolling down the highways of America. Before long, they'll be the top selling mid-size SUV in the country.
